Warranty – Return Policy
1. The buyer must verify at his own risk that the product/part is what he plans to buy.
2. POLICY FOR NON-DEFECTIVE AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS/MERCHANDISE.
2.1. Once non-defective products/merchandise are received by the customer, they may not be returned, nor may the seller refund their value to the buyer for any reason.
2.2. Our liability for defective products lasts for fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt. After fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt, product exchanges/replacements are not accepted, nor are refunds accepted for any reason.
2.3. No refunds will be made for products/merchandise that have been used by the buyers or become defective at the buyer’s fault.
2.4. Damage to sold products caused during installation or damage from accidents or other damage after receipt by buyers is not covered.
2.5. In case of product returns, in order for them to be accepted by the seller, they must be delivered by the buyer in their original packaging and unused.
2.6. In the case of product returns, buyers will be responsible and bear the cost of shipping/returning them to the seller. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be the responsibility of the seller under any circumstances.
3. DISCOUNT PRODUCTS/MERCHANDISE POLICY: Only regular priced products/merchandise can be returned. Discounted product returns are not accepted.
4. The receipt of the goods by the buyers automatically means the unreserved acceptance of all the aforementioned conditions herein.
